華電的目的就是要保EPS給股東看的。。。所以看不到真正的降價，永遠都是$700-1000的牌價，只是頻寬不斷上升，不管你用不用得到。NCC真的有在做事，就要真的降價，有低頻寬但半價之類選擇，而不是這樣讓華電混過關。
