小弟近兩周測試，發現存在這些受到國外用戶普遍反映之問題，包括

1. 即使FPS低下造成LAG，GPU也不會使用全力在跑，像是小弟的案例是GTX1070僅用30~50%力度以及降頻至1000ghz來跑戰艦世界(小弟是使用2K解析度)，儘管FPS從60掉到10幾時也是如此，這樣也導致FPS劇降及卡頓情形
2. 間歇性遲滯情況，原因不明可能是DPC遲滯，就是畫面雖可流暢，但會持續間隔性地頓個0.5秒，像是第一人稱射擊角色轉頭時，就會感覺明顯不順暢
3. 小弟過去用980TI、980及780時，完全不會有這些情況，該用力跑時就會用力跑，但1070始終是降半頻在跑，或維持最高時脈但不出超過40%力，相同硬體周邊，故絕非個人硬體問題
4. 調校畫面及顯卡設定(prefer maximum performance)等是能夠減輕症狀，但不能完全根除

我想以下Geforce forum這位用戶說的，就是小弟想說的

ASUS STRIX GTX1070, both drivers hitting DPC latency over 1ms, GTX 980 had no such latency issues which was being used not even an hour before with no DPC spikes until 1070 installed.

This is GARBAGE I am DONE with Nvidia this is the second time i got screwed, MSI GTX 980 suffered from the well documented Low GPU usage and Poor source engine performance for a year, rebuilt entire system replaced or RMA'd every single component clean installed windows 8.1 and 10 numerous times, nothing fixed it. (using iGPU or a FRIGGEN GTX460 had none of these issues, and yes i RMA;d the 980, multiple times)

LMFAO now the issues i had with Maxwell are "fixed" but replaced by worse stuttering in game and the source engine problem is replaced sporadic heavy dips in framerate and accompanying stutter when DPC spikes and bottlenecks the system from hitting those high source framerates.

They have two weeks to put out a hotfix or I will have to return my gtx 1070 and wait for RX490 or Vega.
