有奇怪的pre existing condition各大保險公司不想收的 會有很扯的價錢。 但那種就去買obamacare就好
nj房屋稅才1萬大概蠻小的房子不然就是爛學區

房子聽說住在滿郊外的．．．．不過一萬美金的稅還差，那想好一點的不就是．．．繳這樣的稅在台灣就已讓”豪宅“急凍了．．．obamacare不是讓很多人保險費大漲？川普的砲點之一!?

這個我要解釋一下...
紐澤西地房稅一萬美金: New Jersey 是全美 property tax 最高的州... 2.2 %. 全美平均是 1.2 %. 南加州是 1.1 % 左右.
老婆健險一萬美金: 這真的很誇張. 我的雇主幫員工出全額健保的保費是約 $300 美金一個月. 若是個體戶, 則同樣的plan 保費是 $380/月 or $4560/年. 我妹妹的雇主幫員工出全額健保的保費是約 $350/月, or $4200/年. 她去年住院 5 天, 帳單來的時候是寫 8 萬. 但她只付了 $200 美金. 保險公司幾乎付了全部.

我剛聽到也是嚇一跳，不過也許他的狀況比較特殊或保更好的吧．．．一萬也還好，你提了例子$4200，也只一倍．記得看過川普說過，健康保險在美國早被壟斷，每個區域都被獨佔，沒有其他bidder，想想會有恐怖價格也不怪．．．
