實情就是東方人很糟，西方人在這一方面比我們好多了。上面不是也有人說了，印度更糟，恆河髒名已久，不知道現在如何了。
東方人大概只有日本會比較好吧。英人治下的香港可能也不差。
當然公平的說西方人也有比較糟糕的方面，但一件一件討論，這件事東方人的確有待改進。

我猜可能是亞洲普遍受中國、印度文化幅射影響之故，這兩個文明古國有很多觀念跟不太上時代，這是實情。我猜中亞某種程度受歐洲影響，不過中亞很少臨海，至少在這一點不必討論。
日本的情況比較特殊，在此也先不討論。

香港比台灣好很多, 去過香港不少海灘, 比台灣乾淨太多.......基本上他們都有專人打掃, 垃圾桶也都容易找...新加坡也是一樣, 另外加法律約束.
