死亡率高我也很意外. 因為連獸醫院都說不明原因. 問我們要不要解剖才知道. 但時機點也太恰巧了點.
至於風評, 當年internet是有, 但資訊仍嫌不足. 所以沒有看網路風評. 但確定這兩家獸醫院一間在台北一間在高雄.
若真的死亡率很低的話, 是應該做的. 其中有紮的母貓安全活下來, 也不發春, 也不去交朋友. 也不出門. 活到18歲.

根據國外的統計 那種 indoor-outdoor 貓 (就是會出門風騷的那種)
平均壽命大概只有一般室內貓的一半左右
出門在外總是風險大 像是被車撞 感染一些傳染病之類的
所以沒解剖還真的沒辦法知道原因
不知道你家貓咪當時的死亡是突然死亡 還是死亡之前有一些其他症狀才走的?
