一般人來說月薪其實重要的多了.....分紅來的非常不穩定, 因為這種首先是公司賺錢, 但賺錢時不是你努力就好了, 上頭決定錯方向或做沒利益的事, 一下就影響到你了.....真正好的都是薪資已高於外面水準, 再加分紅, 否則很快你就會想換工作了.
