Cisco 網路電話盒 + Router 被系統商鎖了有解嗎?

小弟我在 ebay 上買了台 VOIP 電話盒, 想說要來設定我的網路電話

收到東西後想搓屁屁reset, 咦~怎麼都沒反應

想說是不是搓不夠久,就給它搓了一分鐘,結果還是沒反應

到他登入頁面想用 admin/admin 登入,試了半天都告訴我帳密錯誤

只能用 cisco/cisco 登入為 user,

但是權限不足不能設定VOIP 的部分.......

上網查了之後，可能被之前的 VOIP 系統商給鎖機了

連機器後面的 reset 鈕的功能都鎖住了

想說 PCDVD 神人很多~~不知道有沒有人有啥 idea 可以解決這問題的嗎???

機器型號是 Cisco ATA Spa122
