三倍其實太少，但是在所得差異較低的國家，普遍的確離這不遠．．．．我待的公司，老闆和最低大概差20倍，更不要提公帳的部分．

其實也正常
舉例以一個企業來說好了
扣掉支出
老闆請一個人 扣掉薪水賺一千就好
他請一千個人就賺一百萬了
在另一面想 老闆要擔的心 一定比員工多
領的錢 沒比員工多 那誰還要當老闆?

的確老闆要領的比較多，畢竟是冒險者．．．雖然行業與個案不同，但我說的是，以我待的電子小公司的來說，一直不賺錢，但只要公司能直續存在，這老闆就是在賺錢了．這行資本投入高，只要撐得過早期找到後續投資者，後面就是風險轉嫁從公司上下手回本到賺錢，所以公司沒賺，老闆本身是賺得不錯．．．
