若要講底薪，現在科技業的底薪應該不會比當年少，月薪8W-10W輕而易舉
但是若講總年薪，完全是被以前打趴，以前是真的可以三年賺個幾千萬，當然要員工賣肝員工也願意
現在多數人應該是做三年連300W都存不到，工時一樣長壓力超級大，傻子才一直做...

現在新人月薪比以前高, 但平均能成長幅度預期會比以往低。 因為資深的沒相對成長多少, 很快就撞到天花板。
