可能是說他的父母並沒有美國籍或綠卡在美國生下的小孩...?
不過這樣的話就業前都沒到過美國這句話顯然有問題.

我同學就是美國生, 但父母都非美籍。。假期有沒有去美玩一下我是不知, 但成長教育的地方都的確和美國無關。知道這種的就兩三個。我現在一位同事去年也是到美國生, 男女都非美籍或綠卡持有者。
