沒錯啊∼就跟世界上的糧食一樣，實際上是可以餵飽所有人，但是每年還是好幾萬人餓死一樣

Alberta的tar sands生產成本是＄60/桶，現在油價被opec人為壓在45-50/桶

還不提各種原物料，因為中國經濟成長減緩，都跌的慘兮兮...

老實說，我最看不懂的是你們溫哥華那邊的房價...近兩年不但沒有減緩，反而大漲


很簡單，印鈔印太多，有辦法匡到這些零利率錢的，買房子很簡單．．．尤其現在匯率又低，根本是跳樓大拍賣，人家更是狂買．．．．大家都說人幣貶值，但是人民幣畢竟是對跟美元，美元是強勢貨幣，就便對美元是貶3%，對比歐元或加澳紐這種來說，人民幣還是強勢貨幣，台幣也是強勢貨幣．
