以前在另一篇有跟位Q兄討論過了
時間跟土建跟徵收成本的關係
但很多連這都沒概念談再多結果完全忽視這些因素
也只是把在別處看到的東西半吸收再貼出來

你說的這些其實正是錢變薄. 這些成本, 現在和十/二十年前做比, 薪資, 原物料, 與徵收, 花費就是貴上許多, 而且未來肯定更多. 這數字些大是反應現在要解決這些你需要更多錢去滿足相關問題而已.
