錢變薄所以會更貴.......
記得現在台鐵想要蓋到宜蘭的鐵路要的經費, 比雪隧來要貴(雖然性質不同不能一概類比), 但如果當初有那眼光考慮鐵路公路共構, 現在也不會有這問題. 同理, 正在蓋的蘇花替也沒考慮共構, 可預見的未來台鐵會再申手要錢再蓋, 然後環評再吵一次, 金額會比蘇花替更高.
