樓主的以月數來說算不錯了，年底如果有再一筆，一年就快18-20月了，算不差了．．．嫌不夠，不是本薪偏低就是自己開銷太大了．不用羨慕TSMC，畢竟它比一般公司有的競爭力多了，要看看自己公司在國際市場的地位是如何再論．一切都是公司賺不賺與好不好賺∼∼∼
