我有點好奇這個是哪個產業的RD有這個價碼,還真的挺不錯的
目前我接觸到就台積的工程師整體薪資水平是比較高的(150w/y)
我工作了7年到現在還是沒百萬其實挺灰心的
不只一次懷疑自己走錯行了,已經不只一次都想走回頭路幹回老本行了

其實很多新人的起薪真的比以前來得高, 目地是吸引新血加入....慘的是中間層這塊, 六萬多到八萬多有6到10年以上資歷, 辛辛苦苦熬年資從較低的起薪複利到現在, 多年累積一次就被新血因政策性大幅追上, 相對購買力其實大減, 等於辛苦那久, 只比新人多兩萬左右, 而十年前這位子薪資購買力卻是新人的一倍....
