Changes and Fixed Issues in Version 347.09

[1576842]Windows 8.1: After resuming from S4 after S3, the system’s internal panel won't display TV if there is an external HDMI 4K monitor.
[1571179]344.48: Following a driver update, the GPU outputs fuzzy lines over DisplayPort after a period of time.
[1569959]344.48, Windows 7 x64: Distortion around mouse cursor if DSR enabled.
[1547033]340.52, GeForce GTX 750 Ti: Characters have black faces in Risen 2: Dark Waters.
