現在在小弟看自己周遭環境已經是如此了
許多銀行開始找不到有經驗，又願意被HR以低薪壓榨的員工
開始聘的都是約聘，但是付出的訓練成本又比原本的正職高太多，根本找來的都是沒相關經驗的
甚至有些找半天根本沒人應徵，只好高薪把原本離職的請回來
這樣有省到人事成本? 
只能說大老闆，富二代和我們這些魯蛇想的完全不一樣  |
它們當然想的不一樣, 身圍的人都還在, 都一樣, 世界沒有變~~~不同平行世界的人罷了~~~
