但開車超速導致撞死人這點不能算進肇事原因之一嗎....

當然沒有,如果沒闖紅燈,他就算開進零的領域也不會撞到
那個道義責任更是亂七八糟,如果真要這樣作
那法律真的廢了算了,無罪卻要背罪
