之前也有碰到鳥事
因為上頭出包 導致案子時程壓縮
結果要一批RD飛大陸關warroom兩個月 也只領普通出差費 沒額外獎金
趕出個成品 上頭大喜~ 但只請個飯局 說你很讚 就沒了...
(上頭的心態就是 這麼糟糕的東西你也能搞定 那以後把warroom當常態就好了~)
結果 RD帶頭大哥辭職 出一張嘴的pm/sales升官...

很正常, 現在作的東西, RD都要一票才能成事, 老闆根本不可能面對到每一個, 事實上慘的可能連RD頭也見不到. PM/SALES都是和老闆混居多, 人數也少很多, 給起來也非常容易~~~問問自己, 要分利益, 你會把錢給和自己搞不好連照面都沒過的人嗎?
