這裡是台灣又不是美國,我怎麼可能有辦法查到裡面的內容?查不到的話,又怎麼知道你說的對不對?
你第一本書,我只有在wiki英文版看到它作為reference。

上面也說了,因為貪污,所以沒錢買子彈做訓練,因此士兵在戰爭時手忙腳亂的。軍隊裡面官高一點的都在貪污,這不是人心向背是什麼?李鴻章原本想要推遲這次戰爭,以便能準備的萬全,結果被朝廷裡面的人說他貪生怕死,這不是外行領導內行這是什麼?
還有,wiki在background的地方也有寫The Chinese fleet was bigger and armed with bigger guns. 中國當時的船就是比日本大,炮就射得也比日本遠啊!
