我能體會這痛,先說好我是公的 
不要以為男的不會,拉弓時如果左手手臂沒帶護具
或是沒把手臂轉過去,弓一樣會打到
那時就這樣我左手臂從中間到手那一長條的"烏青" 
到現在想起來還是會痛
