雖說不是全面禁槍，但不像美國那樣受到兩百多年前制定的憲法修正案束縳的英國，
為了防範校園槍擊事件與類似慘劇，已跨出了一大步並取得明顯成效。

gun control不代表禁止，更談不上全面禁止合法擁槍，美國也有gun control法令，但是跟英國後來修法的律法兩者嚴格與否的比較，我沒研究。
我只記得一句名言：
When the people fear the government there is tyranny, when the government fears the people there is liberty.
