綠燈該你通行沒錯，但如果前方有行人，撞上就是車輛有責(沒撞上可以報警罰他/她)。最多只能主張天候、光線，視線等減罪因素，絕不可能歸責於行人。

Driving Straight Through an Intersection
A green light means go. If you are facing a green light, you have the right-of-way and may drive through an intersection,
as long as the intersection is clear of other vehicles and pedestrians.
