I am attending the Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, MBA Student 2014.

I am interested in your apartment. Currently, I am on vacation in my home country outside of Taiwan. I will be back in Taiwan on September 9.

This is what I need to find out:

Do you have any apartments available?
1. Do you allow English speakers to rent?
2. Which fees will I have to pay (electricity, water, Internet)?
3. I will only need to rent until June 30th 2014, would you allow for this period length of occupation?
4. Does the bed come with mattress?
