若明知有問題連長就算不蓋章只是在程序上規避責任，
當然現在副旅長、連長都被羈押，一些串謀的連線會斷掉！
而且連長沒蓋章，副旅長也關不了連長，副旅長也要承擔濫權的問題。
小蔣設立政戰機制要的就是發揮牽制主官的功用，
如果連長反咬一口說旅政戰主任也是一夥的，連長的罪也許不會很重！

目前所知 洪仲丘 要被關禁閉前一天有傳簡訊給旅長申訴
旅長有把簡訊內容告知政戰主任 戴家有
戴家有 也約談了 洪仲丘 ，但是最後還是決定關禁閉
結果 旅長 被記過兩次 調離現職 移法偵辦
但是政戰主任卻只有記過一次，並沒有移法偵辦....這.....
真的不知道軍檢辦案的標準在哪阿??
感覺現在軍檢出手步步都有政治算計在其中
我想應該跟下一任參謀總長輪到陸軍來當有關係，
(現任參謀總長嚴明是空軍)
所以不想一直向上燒，這樣上面的內定人選才能夠繼續爽爽接總長位置
