1996年至今不到20吧!
那時學長學弟制還很兇，改進的是不能打兵。(1995年可打兵)
1997年才有上面要求新兵一基數不得超過25下的規定。(這年上面說要廢學長學弟制)
這次禁閉室包很大，違反現定硬操兵，不知能不能動用44條 
而禁閉程序是否合法也是個問題，若文沒齊，
先送後補，那可是私刑了吧! |
我 2000 年入伍時 那時就已經三申五令 絕對不能有學長學弟制
只要被 poa 聽到你一個士官叫上兵學長，那個上兵就慘了。
而且當時的旅長是從國防部下來的，這點執行得很徹底。
我真的運氣很好，到部時剛好遇到大退潮，學長都退光了。
所以沒遇到啥學長學弟的問題!!
不過我跟我同梯當時也是很長眼啦!!有啥公差勤務我們兩個一定跑第一！
