死在屋頂算屋外,這樣不算凶宅
頂樓墜樓非凶宅!討不回150萬簽約金
新北市一名賴姓婦人去年底花1400萬，買下淡水河畔一戶社區大樓住宅，卻在今年初聽到，原屋主的女兒，曾經從大樓屋頂墜樓，認為買到凶宅，氣得賴姓婦人提告求償，不過法官判決賴姓婦人敗訴，理由是，死者陳屍的地點不在房屋範圍內。

你說這個是從屋頂墜樓，但是死在屋外，
那當然不認定為凶宅。
但是如果今天往下跳時 剛好掛在某樓窗外掛點
那這樣這一戶就會被視為凶宅。
不一定要掛點在屋內才算!
