opensource性質並不一樣，很多時候專案大小也並不大(沒金錢驅動力是因素之一)，自由不需要善後，當然是可以這樣做。但我相信opensource中大型專案也應該有類似流程，放出來的和內部並不一定是一樣的。
其實台灣很多開發就是上述流程，結果就是慘。程式/領域知識完全沒有文件，就是從程式碼開始看，新人花一堆時間在學重複的事，這多走幾家系統廠就知道了。以商業化的角度看很重要，等你要去標國外大案子，對方要你提供一堆你認為不重要的"有的沒有的"，拿不出來就不用玩了。
