報稅的原則是能分越多家報越好
如果你老爸有收入分開報會比較好
兄弟姐妹的小孩可以報扶養嗎?

如果他老爸有收入又報稅你們又不住在一起
被抓到的機率很高
然後被抓到會往前回朔幾年的樣子

沒錯~~~ 像我朋友他們夫妻分開報的話~~兩個人總共才需要繳一萬左右的稅~~~
如果合在一起報~~稅率跳一級~~變成要繳三萬多的稅........ 
所以有收入的話 可以分開報就分開報吧~~~
另外樓主 你捐款是捐給哪個單位??
一般來說 捐給政府認可的單位~~ 用自然人憑證報稅的話~~
那些捐款都會有記錄~~~~
不過你用列舉扣除額不一定划算就是了.....
