這要看你房價啊...
如果房價是 3百萬美金, 但房屋稅 9000 美金就算是低的.
如果房價是 60萬美金, 但房屋稅 6000 美金就算是高的 (但在加州又算是正常)
所以不是只看繳多少稅.
