個人不抽菸, 但是看到有人被罰好幾萬, 就覺得這法律有問題, 不應該因為第三者累積檢舉就一次罰一張
應該要有機動式的, 且加上限

當初不要亂丟煙蒂不就好了?? 怪法律太嚴??
那要不要所有罰則都一起改一改~~~
酒駕同一個駕駛人一個星期只能罰兩次 你說好不好???
