我覺得很難~78區的幾篇文章裡面，好幾個愛打嘴砲的
意見只要跟他們不一樣 就把你說成是政府、建商的打手、工讀生..
本來還想討論到底建商、政府是玩什麼手段的..被這些人自以為是的正義感
弄到很懶得來討論。

玩什麼手段???前面不就講得很清楚了?
很簡單阿~~就是圈地遊戲~~~
你被圈到 就是得接受~~~
就算早就被通知都更又如何??? 就算你提出不願都更的意見書又如何??
還不要是經過審議委員會審議~~
一旦審議委員認為你家需要都更~~你就只有兩條路~~
拿建商給你的補償金走人(金額多少隨建商喊)
要不就是權利轉換~~通常轉完之後...你只能得到比你原本更小的活動空間.....
所以重點就在於 要修都更法~~~
