再補充，所謂依法行政，其實範圍界限是很寬的
都更條例36條雖然賦予主管機關拆除義務,
但沒有訂定相關罰則,換言之,北市府如果認為個案有爭議,暫緩拆除也無妨,要嘛建商找監察院走行政,再不然就打行政訴訟
但這樣就給三方更多的時間彈性。
拖到個案釋憲結果出來,再處理也不會太遲,怎麼說都比現在天怒人怨要好。
從一開始行政上的立場態度就是偏頗的
蠻幹招惹眾怒後才來像個小媳婦哭說一切依法行政
心裡也是百般不願？
再講直接一點，我都想得出來這件事能怎樣拖
市長加上一大票幕僚會不知道更行的作法？  |

另外~~這中間市府是不是有啥不得不拆的"壓力"......
這個只有市府的相關人員知情了~~~
