預售賣光不代表可以硬上，
只代表建商要去跟買主橋說怎麼賠
建商先把你的地賣了，所以你一定要賣他?

按照都更法來看~~ "沒錯" 一但是政府核准 發照
地主你完全沒有含扣得餘地~~~
就算不想賣~~ 只要建商提出申請~~市府一樣可以強制拆遷~~
你想建商是要去賠償那些買主?? 還是請市府去拆那些他們所謂的釘子戶呢??
要是我是建商~~一切依法行事阿~~我已經收進來的錢要我吐出來~~不可能
反正我沒有違法~~到時候出包就推給市府扛就好~~
