王家有的是 實在 的 土地~~~
假設你住的是一戶30坪的公寓~~~ 總地坪 60 坪好了~~
總共有八戶~~ 雖然你家有 30 坪~~~
但是你的土地持分只有60/8 ＝ 7.5 坪~~~
而人家王家有的是透天厝~~ 土地有幾坪持分就是幾坪~~
價值是差很多的.............
