不是應該是侵占遺失物罪嗎??
怎麼後面媒體報導變成竊盜罪???
【刑法】
第337 條為侵占遺失物罪。本罪以意圖為自己或第三人不法之所有，而侵占遺失物、漂流物或其他離本人所持有之物者為不法構成要件，處五百元以下罰金。
