Stay on top of the game -> 比賽表現強勢。很少人會當成在比賽上面，除非是有一隻鳥在上面看∼這時 Blue Jays 或 Orioles 的 commentator 可能會笑說那隻鳥 stay on top of the game... 變成雙關語
Stay on top of the ball -> 在球上面。很少人會當成做好投球本分的意思。
stay on top of the girl -> 都可。可以當成完全掌握那個女的，或是傳教士式。
