12年如果從沒升到副教授...
我猜他是混不下去逃走的...
我以前的老板，三年就升副教授，都準備要升到教授了，
因為換學校，又降為助理教授，兩年又升副教授，最近又準備升教授了！
整個過程在...１２年以內!!
大學生不用功可以當掉他、教授在打混∼你不打混就好了!
自己都說教授在打混了，教育部設定規定來評鑑老師...不應該嗎？？
黑白顛倒...真的是教育亂象

通常這種空降的教職都升不上去~~
要升教授也是保自己的學生阿~~穩固自己在學校內的實力~~
怎麼可能升個跟自己沒關係的~~更何況可能能力比自己強的~~
講難聽一點~~國立大學的助理教授職位~ 沒有關係是進不去的~~
進去之後想要往上升~~沒有教授罩根本就別想了~~
