我倒是覺得跟學生好不好教沒太大關係~~
跟系上的一些派系鬥爭可能比較有關係~~
最近我同學也要申請大學教職~~
聽他說來才知道大學裡教授跟教授的鬥爭可不輸現在的政治環境~~
要是沒有一些手腕以及人脈~~
想要在那樣的鬥爭下存活真的不簡單......
