Your warranty claim for these products has therefore been rejected as invalid.

The aforementioned product(s) will be Returned to you Un-Repaired. Please be advised that you must pay all applicable duties and customs charges for shipments to and from Seagate. You may also be required to pay freight costs associated with returningthe product(s) to you.
If no arrangements have been made 30 days after this notice, you will automatically release ownership of the drives to Seagate(not applicable to AMER(US,Canada and Brazil))
