最新消息，Mozilla Firefox瀏覽器的開發核心人員Mike Beltzner今天宣佈離職，時間是在Firefox 4發佈以後，本月初，他和他的團隊公佈了第11個Firefox 4測試版。
Beltzner在6年前加入Mozilla，之前它在IBM加拿大公司任職，它主導了Firefox從1.5版本到4.0正式版的所有過程，為Mozilla Firefox瀏覽器拿下全球兩三成市場的輝煌戰績立下了汗馬功勞。
數月前，即有消息傳出他要離職，但到今天才被確認。據瞭解，他在Firefox 4發佈之後將自行創業，開發一個型地質建模軟件。
