弟的工作跟處理流浪犬也有稍微有些關聯
不管流浪犬還是民眾飼養的犬隻 都是很頭大的問題
不用寄望以目前政府負責的單位能改善什麼
民間這些愛心單位也該教育大家 愛護寵物不能只是餵餵牠 然後又形成其他問題
弟認為這問題 要從犬隻繁殖 -->認養購買 -->後續飼養管理 需要立法後徹底執行
不然都是惡性循環而已~

法有阿~~就是花瓶的動物保護法~~~
空有動保法但是卻沒有單位可以去執行~~~有用嗎???
講難聽一點~~動保法只是定出來安撫動保人士罷了~~
