就我所知, 內陸地區有的時候真的很乾, 乾到麵包打開今天沒吃完明天變成磚頭
天氣也有關係, 家裡冬天如果沒開暖氣, 冰箱都可以關了, 室內氣溫可以降到攝氏0~4 跟冷藏室一樣, 要冷凍? 直接丟外面! -40 度, 管他是攝氏還是華氏, 通通都一樣
不過話說回來, 食品內沒有防腐劑是不可能的, 因為要算進運輸的時間, 不可能每件東西都是當地生產的啊
台灣鮮奶放 7 天就很了不起了是吧?
這裡可以放到兩個禮拜, 甚至新鮮一點的可以到三周...
