大城市像是莫斯科可能是如此, 但是西伯利亞平原跟遠東地區則不一定
據我一個住在托穆斯克的朋友跟我說, 偏遠地區的生活, 大概只有西方世界 90 年中末期的水準.
不少人不要說汽車, 連腳踏車都沒有. 她每天要搭大眾捷運+走路去上班
也許俄羅斯經濟在起飛沒錯, 但是整體水準比起西方世界還有一大段要追.
只是不知追的速度如何?
