這個解釋完全沒有針對到問題點,
月球表面反射雷射的雷射光,一樣也不會改變頻率(有什麼東西反射能改變頻率了?)
如何知道接收到的光子是反射鏡反射,還是表面反射?

你自己做個實驗, 拿手電筒照鏡子...
當鏡子傾斜一個角度, 你手電筒的光大部分會被反射到另一個地方
同理, 月球是球型的, 從數學上來說, 只有一點能完全把雷射反射回去, 其他的都會被反射到其它地方, 而這一點微量的反射會被背景雜訊(太陽)掩蓋,
月面上的反射鏡是 Retro-reflector, 也就是不管光線的入射角是幾度, 都會反射回光源, 當雷射照到反射鏡, 就會有大量同波長的光子被反射回來
