New York has the largest number of swine flu cases, at a Catholic school in Queens, where students recently went on a spring break trip to Mexico. New York City Health Commissioner Thomas Frieden said that hundreds of St. Francis Preparatory students had developed symptoms consistent with swine flu, although many hadn't been tested to confirm it.
