當時是一定要插兩支才能運作， 印象中視記憶體位元的問題， 一隻是 １６ ｂｉｔ， 要兩支湊 ３２ ｂｉｔ， 後來有 ３２ ｂｉｔ 的， 但是ｒａｍｂｕｓ 已經兵敗如山倒．．．
除了專利，ｒａｍｂｕｓ 還提供 ＰＳ３ 還有超級電腦用的記憶體
