If the shipment is being refused it will be because there are charges associated with the delivery. I would recommend getting in touch with the courier you shipped with and addressing any outstanding charges associated with delivery so we can receive the shipment.
Generally if the customs papers are prepared properly indicating it is a warranty repair customs processes the shipment properly and no duties, taxes or tarrifs are assigned to the package. If it was not processed as a warranty they may have assigned any one of the above to it and this needs to be paid before we can accept the package.
