剛好適用於我的狀況,亞銳士三年保的產品,但是購買日期是在2004/07之後,理論上應該適用於五年保固條款,只是真正的問題在於溝通流程,證明了一個好的政策,如果沒有好的執行能力一切都是白搭
1.seagate原廠沒有中文客服電話,也沒有可處理的維修站,亞銳士又只認自己的保固貼紙。以購買日期來看,我應該享有保固,但是亞銳士的保固已認定過期
2.目前看來我應該送德總才是,起碼他自己的購買日期貼紙要認帳,但是送修600加上可能沒貨要貼價差升級,怎麼看都是不划算
