Yes, if purchased after July 26, 2004 the internal products will have the five-year warranty. Packaging reflecting the new warranty will soon be on Retail shelves. 剛好適用於我的狀況，亞銳士三年保的產品，但是購買日期是在2004/07之後，理論上應該適用於五年保固條款，只是真正的問題在於溝通流程，證明了一個好的政策，如果沒有好的執行能力一切都是白搭
1.seagate原廠沒有中文客服電話，也沒有可處理的維修站，亞銳士又只認自己的保固貼紙。以購買日期來看，我應該享有保固，但是亞銳士的保固已認定過期
2.目前看來我應該送德總才是，起碼他自己的購買日期貼紙要認帳，但是送修600加上可能沒貨要貼價差升級，怎麼看都是不划算
