Check if the configuration is correct (assume you only have sound card).
* Click at Control Panel/Sound & Audio Devices
* Click the "advance" on device volume
* Choose Option/Properties and choose the input device (ie recording) with all options checked.
* Then in the recording control, make sure that the "Stereo Mix" is chosen.

If your setting is correct, then I don't know what happened. I don't use Super. I just use OpD2d (sometimes Audacity) without any problem.
